I warned you Whitney, look away. These beautiful baked eggs are going to gross you out, but make everyone else salivate! (You see, Whitney hates eggs. Even a tiny bit of eggwash on a soft pretzel makes her run for the hills! How we’re friends, I don’t know.)
How amazing do these baked eggs look? I would never have thought to bake eggs in a cupcake tin, but I think it’s pure genious.
